Connect Ibiza in Privilege’s Vista Club have some impressive trance line ups through summer 2015. Tonight (28/07/15) they had the likes of Alex M.O.R.P.H, Woody Van Eyden and a certain Paul Oakenfold, who has been drafted in for a few dates through July and August.
We arrived for Oakenfold’s set and witnessed a true lesson in trance from one of the biggest masters of the genre. Other DJs may have sold themselves to play more commercialised music, but Oakenfold has remained true to his roots and played a set of driving and melodic beautiful tracks, such as Mark Sherry – The Pillars Of Creation, Paul Oakenfold feat Tiff Lacey – Hypnotized (Markus Schulz remix), Paul Thomas – Chasing Your Dreams (2nd Phase remix), Neurocom – Anymore, Hibernate – Lux Tua (Paul Oakenfold remix), Space Manoeuvres – Stage One (Stu Mort 2015 remix), DRYM – Calipso and Paul Oakenfold & Cassandra Fox – Touch Me (Thomas Datt remix).
