AMP Lost & Found festival, Malta, May 2018 review
My very first experience of the Lost & Found festival was really through word of mouth, when in 2016 one of the Ibiza family told me they was off to pay homage to Annie Mac at Lost & Found Festival in Malta.

A little intrigued and not wanting to gate crash the party I found myself on a plane headed to Malta to catch up with my friend. I remember getting a taxi to her hotel which was found on the Lost & Found website and finding an amazing party going on just there at the hotel.
In 2017 I really got to grips with the whole Lost & Found concept and took myself off to Malta for the full on baptism by sunshine, music and good vibes that is the AMP Lost & Found.
Fast forward to 2018 and imagine my excitement when finally the time arrived to head off once more to Malta for my 3rd installment of this amazing Mediterranean music and dance phenomenon.

Each time I have headed to Malta for Lost & Found the adventure has been slightly different. The festival do an amazing job of presenting ideas for flight and accommodation (all available via their website). This time I was lucky enough to be invited to stay with my friend from Malta along with some other Ibiza family and indeed even though the show for 2018 is only just over you can already start preparing for the 2019, so choose your weapon so too speak.

I arrived a day early as the island is very much a holiday destination and certainly worth thinking about building a little extra time at each end of the festival which last for 4 days and nights. One of our group actually flew from New Zealand to attend and when the group was complete the atmosphere was electric.
The main Festival ticket included 4 pool parties over 4 days at the amazing and beautiful Cafe Del Mar which lay adjacent to the sea (check out the videos dotted around this review). These parties ran from lunchtime to early evening with a great line up of DJ’s.

Also included in the main festival ticket was the opening party at the Cafe Del Mar terrace which ran from 6pm until 2am.

There is also the UNO evening venue with loads of different stages. In addition to the main festival events there were some very juicy additions available. There was so much going on that it was impossible too attend all the party’s and last year the main daytime party we went to was the castle rave. Here below is a youtube videof last year’s castle rave.
Yep it’s official it’s actually impossible to know what is gonna happen at Lost & Found. I suggest you get googling and look on YouTube for 2019 and work out whets best for you and your tribe!
