The road to Ibiza 2015 is well under way, and February was a busy month for clubbing related news on the island.
Defected have joined forces with Together at Amnesia for 2015 for 16 weeks from 09 June to 22 September, hosting host the infamous Terrace. Defected’s Simon Dunmore said, “The Terrace at Amnesia is built for clubbers, pure and simple, and we intend to make it our house this season”.
Ibiza Rocks announced details of their first headliners for their 10th anniversary year on the White Isle. The Libertines will play on July 22, with dates also announced for Years & Years, Sigma, Clean Bandit, Fatboy Slim and The Courteeners. Expect more bands and acts to be announced soon. Ibiza Rocks also announced they will be holding their W.A.R! after parties at Sankeys this year. Shelter will present some of the most cutting-edge names in UK house and techno in the stripped-back basement setting of Sankeys Ibiza, every Friday night after W.A.R!.

Always one to announce their parties well ahead of time before the summer season is Pacha, and this year is no different. Flower Power will be returning every Tuesday from the 2nd of June until the 23rd of September. Get donning that 60s clobber! Solomun + 1 also returns from 24th of May until the 4th of October – this is one of the best house parties on the island. Be sure to check it out! Steve Aoki’s Aoki’s Playhouse runs its second year at Pacha from Monday the 25th of May 2015 for 19 weeks until 28th September. Expect a cake in the face, plenty of jumping and big EDM tunes at this one. May 28th to 1st October on Thursdays at Pacha is David Guetta’s F*** Me I’m Famous party.
Last but not least on the news front for February, IMS Ibiza has announced the line up for its parties in May at Dalt Vila. Thursday 21st May sees Luciano, Pete Tong, Solomun, Sven Väth and Damian Lazarus & The Ancient Moons, whilst on Friday 22nd May IMS welcomes Rudimental live, MK, ZHU, Kidnap Kid and Thalab. The IMS is always the opening of the summer season in Ibiza, a party and conference not to be missed!
