On Saturday 16th June, and having had two very busy days prior attending various Sónar and OFF Sónar events, we found ourselves at our friend Patrick’s flat in Barcelona on his rooftop terrace overlooking the beautiful city. With some techno blasting away to accompany the brilliant food (fish, homemade burgers and chicken all bought from the new food market in Barcelona), we found ourselves bang in the mood for a party. Whilst we were all planning to attend Sónar festival later in the evening, Mark and myself headed off firstly to the excellent Drumcode event at OFFSónar.
Set in the beautiful surroundings of Plaza Mayor, the line up featured the likes of headliner Adam Beyer who was joined by Joseph Capriati for an exclusive back-to-back set, flanked by Boxia, Enrico Sangiuliano, Julian Jeweil, Marco Farone, Matador, Pan-Pot, Sam Paganini and Wehbba.
