Being Avicii’s last summer of gigs before he hangs up his headphones and retires from touring life, we headed to Ushuaia on August 7th, one of the busiest weekend’s of the summer (BBC Radio 1 weekend) to check out the Swedish superstar one last time Ibiza soil. Avicii in the short time (5 years) he has been a household name in electronic music has left his mark and brought a lot of people into the industry.

Ushuaia was bouncing with its infamous lasers, lights and crisp, clear sound, the crowd were feeding off each and every track Avicii laid down, such as ‘It’s a Waterfall’, ‘Fade Into Darkness’, ‘Silhouettes’, ‘I Could Be The One’, ‘Hey Brother’, ‘Addicted To You’ and ‘My Father Told Me’. Each track was a massive singalong, the crowd went wild.

He ended on the track that 5 years ago in 2011 Avicii burst onto the scene with – that track was called Levels. If Ushuaia had a roof, it would of been torn straight off. The scenes were large!
