2manydjs rock W.A.R! at Ibiza Rocks!

Fridays at Ibiza Rocks hotel in San Antonio are all about W.A.R! – We Are Rockstars! Summer 2014 has seen the likes of Example, Mark Ronson, Zane Lowe, Gorgon City and Hannah Wants take to the stage. We decided to check out the party on Bugged Out Weekend, the first Friday in September, as 2manydjs were playing.

Friend Within had the gathering crowds warmed up well, playing tracks such as Disclosure – White Noise and their own remix of Wildchild – Renegade Master.

2manydjs took over the stage, playing tech beats from the start. The played a varied set, shifting between a Soulwax style of driving acid techno rave music (complete with “Soulwax Soul Power” visually blasting out from the cinematic screen behind the pair), mixed in with snippets of French and acid house, playing Housemaster Boyz – House Nation.

The second half of their set was what 2manydjs are famed for, mixing in lots of different tracks really quickly. They played 30 second snippets of various classic tracks including; New Order – Blue monday, Human League – Don’t You Want Me, The Stone Roses – Fools Gold and MGMT – Kids, all to a rapturous applause from the crowd to sound the crowds off into the night with smiles on their faces!
